Fees 2008 - 2009
Tuition Fee: £4,286 per term
This fee is payable by the first day of term but, by arrangement
with the Bursar, may be spread over ten calendar months using
the Direct Debit system, for which there is a small extra
charge. The tuition fee is subject to alteration at one term's
notice. GCSE, A Level and other external examination fees
are payable in addition to the tuition fee.
Fees Protection Insurance, at a cost of 1.5% of the term's
tuition fee, is charged automatically unless the school is
informed by the beginning of each academic year that this
cover is not required. Please note that this scheme does not
enable parents to recover fees in cases of absence for any
cause other than sickness.
Personal Accident Insurance must be taken out for all pupils
and the cost will be charged automatically unless parents
inform the school in writing that they have such insurance
cover already. The premium is £4.95 per term, including
Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
Personal Effects Insurance is available to parents who require
it. Details can be obtained from the Bursar.
The students' BUPA Scheme is available for pupils and covers
private medical treatment at a cost of £51 per term.
Leaflets are available giving full details of the scheme and
will be sent to parents upon request. Please contact the Bursar's
Secretary if you wish to consider this cover.
Entrance Deposit: £700 (of this sum, £500 will
be credited to the first term's fee account and the remainder
will be retained until the end of the pupil's final term).
Music Lessons: £155 per term (per instrument).
