Tennis Victory as RGS Wins St George's Invitation Tournament

RGS students are celebrating a tennis victory worth waiting for as the school won the St George’s invitation tournament. After more than 20 attempts to win the cup, Sixth Form students James Watts and James Feneley won all five of their matches to clinch the title in fine style.

After beating Eton, Epson and St George’s school in the Group stage, RGS went on to triumph over the American Community School in the Semi Final before meeting Reeds to win the tournament final. A close match with Reeds saw RGS win through 2-4, 4-2, 10-6 in tie-break.
