Keeping in touch

To help us and your friends keep in touch with you, please let the Foundation & Alumni Department know if at any stage there are changes to your personal details. We recommend that if you are a recent leaver you should use your parent’s address until you have your own permanent home.

Changes and amendments
Please let us know your changes via email: foundation@reigategrammar.org or you can download and complete our Update Form.

Get back in touch
We would be delighted to hear from you if you are a "missing" Old Reigatian, ie you are not receiving any information from the school. Please use the Update Form to send in your details.

Emails and post
We will send you regular mailings which will include:

• Reigate Grammar School Review
  The school’s newsletter highlights the academic and extra-curricular achievements of students and includes a section about Old Reigatians

• Foundation & Alumni Update
  A brief newsletter featuring the latest news from the Foundation and Alumni Department

• The Old Reigatian
  This is our annual magazine which is published every spring. Each edition includes a wide range of recollections and memories as well as bringing you right up-to-date with births, marriages and obituaries. If you have an idea for an article or would like to write a letter, please get in touch

• Invitations
  We will send you invitations to attend reunions, the Annual Dinner and other events

• The Pilgrim
  For the first five years after you leave RGS we will send you the school's annual magazine.

We will also keep you up-to-date with news about events and projects at the school.

If you live in the UK we will send you our Spring mailing by post. Our Autumn and Summer mailings will be sent via email where possible. If you live abroad our regular mailings will be sent by email. We may send occasional special mailings to you by post or email.

Facebook and LinkedIn
You can find us on Facebook and LinkedIn. Our group on both sites is Old Reigatians - Foundation & Alumni at RGS.

Contacting old friends
If you have lost contact with an old school friend or teacher, we may be able to help you to get back in touch. Send your message to the Foundation and Alumni Office; we will check our database and forward your email if we have a current email address for that person.

Visiting the school
If you are planning to be in the Reigate area and would like to visit the school we can usually arrange tours during term time. Please email us at least a week before you would like to visit. Visits take place within the normal school day.

How to contact us
If you are sending an email to us for the first time and do not receive an acknowledgment within three working days during term time, it may be caused by technical server problems. Please click here for more information.
