Auditions for Girl Choristers…….

I am delighted with the response I have received to our advertisement and I am excited at the prospect of this new opportunity for girls’ choral singing. Our girl Choristers will receive regular coaching and vocal training as well as the opportunity to perform in stunning cathedrals and at prestigious concerts, alongside their weekly schedule of choral services. Their training will result in the girls becoming proficient sight-readers and confident performers with a vast knowledge of beautiful music. Many lasting friendships start in the choir as a result of making music together regularly. The weekly time commitment is listed below.  The girls will sing during term time only.

The auditions will be held on Wednesday 10, 17 and 24 of May in the choir room at RSM.  These will be very informal. Girls should prepare something simple to sing, either with or without accompaniment –  a pianist will be provided.
