Gold for Run Reigate

We’re delighted to announce that our local Run Reigate Half Marathon, which RGS is a strong supporter of, has just been awarded Gold for the best Half Marathon in the UK at the National Running Awards at the O2 in London.

Run Reigate has grown quickly since its launch in 2014, and was in a tough field of 12 of the largest running events in the UK including the Great North Run and the Royal Parks in London. The Run Reigate team would like to extend their thanks to those of you that voted, they are very proud to have secured this prestigious award for Reigate.

As with previous years, Reigate Grammar School will be supporting Run Reigate with a dedicated presence in the event village. Students will be manning the water stations and RGS will supply minibuses, live bands and runners.

If you would like to run this year, the award winning Intersport Run Reigate Half Marathon, 10K and the Canon Kids Race will all be back on Sunday 17th September 2017 in Priory Park. You can sign up at runreigate.com.
