Art and Design Careers Evening

On Monday evening RGS’s Careers department hosted an Art and Design evening for RGS students and those from local secondary schools. Despite the unpredictable weather forecast over 100 people attended and were able to talk to ambassadors from a range of fields including architecture, textile design, television production, garden design, advertising, graphic design, web design, art and design teachers and students from the University of the Creative Arts (UCA).

A big thank you goes to Abi Howson and Jason Kedgley for delivering inspiring presentations and to Natasha Ailing, Ruth Bond, Carol Bridges, Rob Elliston, Michael Jones, Simon Knibbs, Ruth Shepherd, Laurel Spiers, Lydia Thompson, David Tinn, Simon Walter and Hayley Whipps for acting as ambassadors at the event.
