Snow Update Friday 2 March 3:00pm

Here is a quick update in light of the snow that is falling: RGS is open, as planned, until the end of the school day.

However, given the snow and icy conditions, as advised yesterday evening, we are allowing students to leave early as long as parental permission is provided (by phone, text or e mail) which has been checked by a member of staff in the school office. If you are collecting early, it would work best if this takes place at the end of lesson 6 (3:05pm).

All coaches will depart as planned from 4:00pm.

Thank you for all the messages you have sent in supporting these difficult but carefully considered decisions throughout the week. I do hope you have had a bit of time to enjoy the snow with your children – whether that be sledging, making a snowman or going for a walk together in the snow.
