CCF Advanced Leadership Course

The Advanced Leadership course last weekend saw some high-level thinking and development from RGS senior cadets. Cadets explored Tuckman’s Group Formation Theory and the effect of Tactical, Technical, Physical, Physiological, Environmental, Equipment (TTPPEE) factors in performance, as well as complex situation problem solving and leadership styles and qualities.

These skills will be invaluable in CCF and will help all cadets in their school lives and beyond.
