MMI Practice

Twelve RGS teachers took the roles of interviewers as we put prospective Upper Sixth Form medics, dentists, vets and midwives through their paces with multiple mini interview (MMI) practice. Most interviews for these subjects take the form of MMI. Students move from station to station for a period of 5-7 minutes each and engage in a range of tasks, role plays and more typical interview questions in order to show their understanding of the professions as well as their ability to demonstrate skills such as empathy, multi-tasking and honesty.
