CCF Leadership Cadre

RGS CCF cadets spent a weekend on an advanced Method of Instruction Leadership Cadre where they explored the theory of leadership including group formation theory and put it into practice in tasks and challenges.

Speaking about the course, Will S said “It was a great opportunity to develop our leadership ship qualities and a really exciting chance to execute our own leadership ideas. It was amazing to discover new leadership styles and implement them in our own leadership. I managed to further develop my leadership qualities which I will be able to incorporate outside of CCF.”
