Ruby’s call to be a midwife

Ruby E is excited to have completed her A Level studies at Reigate Grammar School and heads off next year to study Nursing and Midwifery at the University of York. With gap year travel plans on hold, Ruby’s career in the NHS starts next month achieving her dream of working in the healthcare sector.

Having achieved the required grades in A Levels in Geography, Photography and Music Technology, Ruby is excited about the future. She said:

“My journey at RGS has had its ups and downs, but the teaching and pastoral care I have had has provided the support I have needed over the last seven years to achieve my dreams. I have made amazing friends, particularly in the supportive Sixth Form environment.”
