Surrey Netball success

The U16A team travelled to Tiffin school to take on all of the top netball teams in Surrey. RGS played against the likes of Guildford High, Lingfield, St John’s and St George’s Weybridge.

All games in the first rounds were won convincingly apart from a narrow loss to Guildford High. This took RGS through to the semi-finals against Streatham and Clapham who are a renowned netballing schoolz and were representing Surrey at the national finals a week later. The RGS girls were phenomenal, taking the win and a place in the finals. Here they met Guildford High again and unfortunately just missed out on a win. The girls were fantastic and it was great to see all of their training and hard work being used on the court.
