West-End performance for Lili H

Lili H (2HWE) attends the Pauline Quirke Academy (PQA) in Sutton every Saturday morning where she has the opportunity to take part in lessons in musical theatre, comedy/drama, film and TV. Every couple of years PQA give the students the opportunity to perform in a professionally produced musical that has been specially written for them. PQA Sutton showcased their performance skills alongside PQA Bolton and PQA Southend on Sunday 3 June at Her Majesty’s Theatre, London. This West End Show, a musical comedy set in the fictional Mid-West American town of Alberquirky, headed back to explore the 19th Century Wild West with a range of real-life characters that inspired the villains and heroes of the show.

After months of perfecting dance steps, lines and songs it was a proud moment for Lili and the cast as they tread the boards of a theatre steeped in such theatrical history.
