National Swimming Success

Congratulations to our U15 & U18 girls who competed in the English School National Relay Finals at the Olympic Park on Saturday.

Our Seniors (Issy H, Clara A, Millie W, Eva M & Ellie H) swam well in both the freestyle and medley relays. They became our first girl’s team ever at RGS to reach the actual final (10 fastest teams) for the Freestyle Relay. We last qualified for a final with the Junior boys 7 years ago! Once in the final they placed 8th in the country which is a fabulous achievement!

Our Inter girls (Megan R, Savannah N, Lauren A & Emi W) swam superbly in both relays and just missed out on the finals placing 13th in both. Again, a wonderful achievement especially as it was their first Nationals
