Boys Hockey Off to a Flying Start

RGS U12 Boys’ Hockey teams had a very successful first tournament after only one week of playing Hockey the RGS way. The Lingfield College tournament was a fantastic opportunity for teams to play lots of matches so early on in the season.

The RGS squads beat teams from Surrey and Sussex such as St John’s and Lingfield. The RGS U12A team were victorious, scoring a large number of impressive goals throughout the afternoon. The RGS U12B team did really well in a group containing mostly A teams, beating many of them to finish the tournament as bronze medallists.

This is a brilliant start to the season and the boys should be very proud. The future of Boys Hockey at RGS looks bright!
