Elis K selected to join Swim Wales National Academy Squad

Congratulations to Elis K who, following a hugely successful Welsh National Championships, has been selected for the Swim Wales National Academy Squad. At the Welsh Nationals, Elis swam strongly in all events but excelled in the 200m breaststroke where he won gold in a thrilling final, swimming 2 seconds faster than his heat time and an amazing 7 seconds faster than his entry time. Elis will now be training regularly with his squad at the Wales National Pool in Swansea over the course of the 2019/20 season.

Congratulations also to Tomos K who, despite carrying a slight injury, finished the Welsh National Championships with an impressive five top eight finalist positions, including a very unlucky fourth place in the 200m breaststroke where he he just missed out on the touch.
