Leadership

Developing the skills and characteristics of leadership are fundamental tenets of a Sixth Form education at RGS.

Through our student leadership programme, all members of the Sixth Form receive leadership training and the opportunity to be awarded with a position of responsibility.

However, leadership at RGS means much more than simply performing duties. Students are given the opportunity to deliver initiatives and projects that benefit the entire school and local community and are trained in the skills they need to deliver them, such as project management, public speaking and teamwork.

We believe that the Student leadership programme helps to bridge the gap between school and professional life, providing our students with the tools they need to succeed in later life.
